Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means it must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items sent to us without a return request.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to investigate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., cosmetics). Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also non-returnable. If you have any questions about a specific product, please contact us.

Reduced-price items and gift vouchers are unfortunately non-returnable.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the desired product is to return the item you have received and place a separate order after the return has been accepted.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above provisions, for deliveries within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As mentioned previously, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, i.e., unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing and issuing the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
